Description The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for the development, performance and completion of safety inspections and related services in Fredericksburg District under a Fixed Billable Rate contract. The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $8,000,000.00 per term.
