This contract is for the removal of existing sheet piling. The work required consists of removal of existing sheet piling at Outfall A along the Pembina River in Pembina, North Dakota. Work includes accessing the project area, cutting or pulling of existing sheet piling at ground surface, disposal of excess sheet piling, and site restoration in areas disturbed by the Contractor's operations. Site visits are encouraged by potential offerors. Reference "Pembina Repairs_Attachment A" for project limits when accessing the sheet pile removal location. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than: Complete all work by 30 March 2025. Answers to questions will be provided to all quoters being solicited though an amendment, giving due regard to the proper protection of proprietary information. The magnitude of this requirement is betw een $25 thousand and $100 thousand . *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall complete all work in this section in a complete and acceptable manner. 9.1 Work Limits: All work shall be conducted within the work limits shown in Attachment A. Approval by the Contracting Officer is required before any work can be conducted outside of the work limits. 9.2 Erosion prevention: Prior to work commencement, furnish and install temporary erosion protection features in accordance with all permits to prevent loss of topsoil or any other exposed soils resulting from the work of this contract.
