Scott County Public Works is seeking qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the construction of a 100' x 30' post-steel building. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, labor, materials, and transportation to complete the project as outlined in this document. The structure shall be constructed on the vacant corner lot next to the Scott County E-911 Building in Gate City, Virginia. The building must conform to the specified requirements and comply with the Virginia Statewide Building Code Scott County reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive informalities Questions regarding the Invitation to Bid should be directed to Bill Dingus, Public Works Director/Assistant County Administrator, or Amy Vicars, Purchasing Administrator, at 276-386- 6521 *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
