The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposer") to provide compliance with the California Regional Water Quality Control Board Waste Water Discharge (WDR) Requirements for the George Kristoff Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to remove water plant sludge created by the plant process. Monitor and report according to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB) Waste Discharge Requirements and Monitoring Reporting Program (see attached Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR) and Monitoring Reporting Program (MRP) documents) Provide support to monitor, document and report to the CRWQCB quarterly. Provide support to monitor, document and report to the CRWQCB annually. Each qualified Proposer is to submit a proposal in conformity with the terms of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") by the deadline below ("Proposal"). The Proposer selected by the City pursuant to the terms of this RFP and the City's contracting procedures, if any is selected, is referred to herein as "Contractor." Question Submission Deadline:August 30, 2024, 5:00pm A Proposer may submit Questions related to this RFP to the City through the City's e-Procurement Portal. The initial term of the Contract is at the City's discretion and may be up to 3 years. The City also reserves the right to extend the Contract for up to 2 additional 1-year terms (individually, "Extension") upon the same terms and conditions as parties agreed to in the Contract. Thus, parties agree the Contract may be for a total of 5 years upon the same terms and conditions as parties agreed in the Contract.
