GFRC Cornice Cleaning and Drip Edge Project. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, scaffolding, transportation, superintendence, coordination, insurance, taxes, permits, weather protection, bonds and all other services, facilities and items (collectively, the "Work"), whether specified herein or not, which are necessary or appropriate, for the full, proper and timely performance and completion of the obligations described in the Contract (including the schedules attached hereto), the drawings and project manual prepared by the Engineer and attached hereto, collectively, are the "Contract Documents". The Work includes all materials, labor and equipment or appropriate for the Contractor to execute the Work defined by or which is reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents. The objective of this project is to substantially complete cleaning by November 1, 2024 and drip edge installation by November 15, 2024. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for any reason whatsoever The Owner reserves the right to modify this Request for Bids or any of the Contract Documents through the issuance of addenda. Addenda will be sent to all firms or individuals that have previously requested copies of this Request for Bids.
