All contractors and subcontractors engaged by the Board to work on this project shall agree to be bound by the terms of any Grant Agreement entered into between the Board and the SDA, which will be available for inspection at the Board office during business hours. 1. Bidders shall be prequalified by the SDA in the same categories as the NJ Department of Treasury.
