Maple Leaf Residences - Roofs Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a certified or cashier's check or an irrevocable letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, or a bid bond in accordance with R.C. 153.54 (B) and R.C. 153.571 in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount.
