Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This project consists in the Demo and replace existing translucent daylighting wall system, currently Kalwall, around entire gym. On the north side of the building, the roof of a previous addition ties into the building at the Kalwall creating constant leak issues. The wall in this area will be raised above the roof line so that the roof can be terminated properly. See drawings for more detail. The estimate for this project is $1,000,000.00.
