Renovation of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Licensed Mechanical Contractors to furnish and install all equipment, materials, supplies, labor, and hardware to remove and install existing Rooftop HVAC units at Hopewell High School and Polo Ridge Elementary School. Projects will require disconnecting, and reconnecting existing Roof Top Units. A 5% bid bond will be required for all bids 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for the successful bidder before the contract can be executed. CMS reserves the right to select, re-advertise and/or reject any proposal for any reason. Questions regarding this bid should be submitted via e-mail to the Procurement Lead referenced above NLT 3pm on Friday, August 30, 2024.
