The city would like the project to be completed within 60 days of the determined start date. Pickleball making specifications shall conform to those supported by the USA Pickleball Association (USAPA). Transform Tennis Courts 3 & 4 into eight (8) dedicated Pickleball Courts with permanent nets. Courts should run North & South. The baseline of each pickleball court should be approx. 7'9" off the back fence. The space between each pickleball court should be approx. 7'0". Colors o Returning to "Green" outside o "Blue" interior o "Red" Kitchen area o "White" pickleball playing lines Existing tennis net posts and net will remain and serve as a fence. Install Eight (8) Surface Mounted Pickleball Posts and Pickleball Nets. North End of Courts: o Remove two (2) posts and approx. 40LF of chain link fence and related hardware. o Install three (3) new posts and approx. 25LF of chain link fence, related hardware, & two walk gates. o Remove turf and install new concrete. o Surface new court area. South End of Courts: o Remove two (2) posts and approx. 40LF of chain link fence and related hardware. o Install three (3) new posts and approx. 25LF of chain link fence, related hardware, and two walk gates. o Surface new court area. Touch up (repaint) pickleball hybrid lines in "Gray" on Tennis Court 12 Working Hours Work at a continuous pace from Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. It is the City's expectation that the Successful Bidder will not be absent from the work site during permitted work hours unless the weather is inclement.
