This Procurement is for Facilities Maintenance to purchase a 3.5-ton Ductless HVAC split-system to support the efforts of maintaining the rehabilitation of WMATA buildings and grounds. The HVAC split system will be replacing the current unit at A15 Shady Grove Garage elevator machine room. If proper cooling is not provided to the machine room, electrical equipment could fail, causing failure to the elevators for the garage. WMATA HAVC department will install the unit in house with the assistance of WMATA's crane services.
