Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seminole, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The current grading of ground, placing of sidewalks and landscaping causes flooding in the Walkingstick and Boren buildings. Analysis of the current layout and the appropriate means to fix the issue will need to be done. Please see the listing below and attached documents for details on expected construction: - Demolition of sidewalks, obstructions (trees, rocks, etc) and other obstacles - Locating and analysis of proper elevation of all utilities and utility lines in flood prone area - Removal of all demolition material - Proper grading of site to correct drainage and flooding - Install of drain, drainpipe and any other equipment needed to ensure proper drainage - Pouring of concrete for new sidewalks.
