The Lee County Board of Education invites you to bid on track equipment for Loachapoka and Beulah High Schools. Bidders are to contact Dr. Mike Howard, Superintendent, at howard.mike@lee.k12.al.us for questions regarding the bid. The bid will be awarded at the Board Meeting on September 10, 2024, upon Board approval. The Lee County School System is TAX EXEMPT #63-6000964 The bid will be awarded to the lowest bidder meeting specifications. In the event the low bidder refuses to accept the entire requirements without deviation, the bid may be awarded to the next lowest bidder. The Lee County Board of Education maintains the right to terminate this agreement if the successful bidder breaches any material term or condition of this agreement and fails to cure such breach in a reasonable amount of time. The Lee County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
