355th MDG are requesting the procurement of a CCTV Security System. Delivery and installation will be at Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson, AZ. Please see the attached documents for further information. Quotes submitted should contain your company's letterhead, contact information, lead time, price breakdown, price total, and SAM information(UEI, Cage, Business Name). Quotes submitted must be valid until September 30th, 2024. The Site Visit location will be held at the 355th Medical Group Campus and BX. Offerors must coordinate with the 355th Contracting Squadron, Point of Contacts no later than 24 hours prior to site visit date to receive information to attend. All quotes must be submitted via email by 6 September 2024 12:00 PM DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, management, and supervision necessary to remove the old video surveillance system to include, cameras, wires and DVR's and install a new highdefinition video surveillance system for buildings 400, 401, 410, 411, 417, 420, 4339, & the BX Pharmacy (2527). Cameras will be installed in common areas, corridors, exterior (to include parking lots) as well as secured areas such as Medical Logistics Warehouse, Main Pharmacy, BX Pharmacy, Mechanical Rooms, and Main Communication Room (400 - Rm. 206A). The new system will be designed to facilitate a 'closed network' infrastructure. As such, it will be an 'onpremises' recording platform and does not require an internet connection to function. The system will also need to be on an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) to provide recording capabilities in the event of a power outage for 8 hours.
