Winnebago County's intent is to purchase 2 boilers of each size (500 & 1000) from the same brand. No installation is needed at this time. Questions, Inquiries, Requests for Clarification Deadline: September 5, 2024, 3:00pm. All bids submitted shall be binding for sixty (60) calendar days unless the Contractor(s), upon request of the County, agree to the extension. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to Winnebago County in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract within ten (10) days after award of the contract. Bid Bond If your bid security is through a Bid Bond then please upload a scanned copy of the complete document within the County's portal including all seals, signatures, notarized pages, and power of attorney.
