Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pierre, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Bid Package No. 1: General Contract 1. All labor, equipment, materials, vacuum and cleaning, dewatering, bypass pumping, and services necessary remove two existing final clarifiers, two drain valves, two isolation gates, remove and replace existing clarifier domes; provide two new drain valve vaults with valves and fittings; install two new isolation gates, install two new clarifiers, main lift station wall repairs and new concrete floor. The price includes restoration of disturbed road and landscaping areas, shop drawings, and installation of new equipment. Gates and Final Clarifiers will be provided in Bid Packages 5 and 6. Bid Package No. 2: Mechanical Contract 1. All labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary remove and replace two existing unit heaters and one louver and ventilation system. The price includes blocking and flashing required to install the new fan and louver in the exiting space, shop drawings, procurement, shipping, and installation of new equipment. Bid Package No. 3: Electrical Contract 1. All labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary disconnect and reconnect power, install new power to the utility shed and scum mixer, relocate the clarifier disconnects, and all work on the plans and specifications. The price includes shop drawings, procurement, shipping, and installation of new equipment. Bid Package No. 4: Painting Contract 1. All labor, equipment, materials, and services necessary clean and prepare the existing lift station walls and floor, high performance coating in the existing lift station, and process pipe painting in the new valve vaults. The price includes preparation, multiple coats, cure time, and shop drawings Bid Package No. 5: Gate Equipment Procurement 1. This Package is for equipment procurement bids for the isolation gates per plans and specifications. The price includes shop drawings, insurance, procurement, shipping, and delivery of new equipment. Bid Package No. 6: Clarifier Equipment Procurement 1. This Package is for equipment procurement bids for the final clarifiers per plans and specifications. The price includes shop drawings, insurance, procurement, shipping, and delivery of new equipment. The deadline for questions is September 9, 2024. All Bids will be made on the basis of cash payment for such Work. PKG reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the Contracts for each respective Bid Package in the best interest of the Project . PKG reserves the right to hold the three (3) low Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the Bid opening. The Work for each contract must be completed in accordance with the dates outlined in the Specifications. PLEASE NOTE: - Total project is 2.0 to 2.5 million. - Work is not intended to start until the equipment delivery next year. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
