Renovation of a municipal facility in Remsen, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All Bidders will be required to submit an insurance bidder for approval. Must provide certified payrolls with all invoicing. Awarded to lowest responsible bidder by September 20, 2024 . An anticipated completion date of November 15, 2024. Town of Steuben is a Municipality not subject Sales Tax. All questions concerning bid will have to be emailed to the Town of Steuben *Please contact Debra Rockwood @ Town of Steuben (315) 865-5087 to pick up the bid packet between 9am-3pm until Thursday* Scop . Remove all eave, rake, ridge flashing 2. Remove all metal roofing 3. Remove wall flashing between the high and low roof 4. Install 1X3 purlind over existing plywood decking 5. Install 26 gage painted metal roof and trim 6. Submit a submittal package for all material before starting work 7. Prevailing wage rate applied 8. A insurance bidder will be required 9. Certified payrolls will be required 10. Replace 100 Sq. Feet of 10" Fiber Glass Insulation 11. Replace 100 Sq. Feet of 2 X 4 fissured ceiling tile 12. Dispose of all demo material
