Remove all eave, rake, ridge flashing 2. Remove all metal roofing 3. Remove wall flashing between the high and low roof 4. Install 1X3 purlind over existing plywood decking 5. Install 26 gage painted metal roof and trim 6. Submit a submittal package for all material before starting work 7. Prevailing wage rate applied 8. A insurance bidder will be required 9. Certified payrolls will be required 10. Replace 100 Sq. Feet of 10" Fiber Glass Insulation 11. Replace 100 Sq. Feet of 2 X 4 fissured ceiling tile 12. Dispose of all demo material
