The Town of Wendell (ToW) is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms having interest in providing Inspection and Testing Services and SWPPP Inspections to support the Town's New Public Works Building. For any questions regarding the submission of, or requirements of a qualification, contact in writing and address to the Owner's Project Manager, Mina Morkos, by email at mmorkos@cumming-group.com. Requests for interpretation or any other questions must be received no later than August 30, 2024, at 12:00PM. Responses to questions or interpretations will be issued by Addenda to this webpage and emailed to any firm that has received the RFQ documents directly. Qualifications Statements shall be publicly accepted and only the names of offerors shall be read aloud at the opening. Contents of competing offerors shall not be disclosed during the prequalification process. Proprietary or confidential information specifically marked as such shall not be disclosed without written consent of the offeror. A signature of a person authorized to contract for the company is required. The signature must be in blue ink. Please insert the exact company name and the signature of responsible person to contact on your Qualifications Statements. Each company is to provide one (1) original and five (5) copies of the qualification statement and one (1) USB copies. If your Qualifications Statement is forwarded by U.S.Mail please allow adequate time to ensure delivery. Qualification Statements received after the time shown will not be considered. Mark your envelope with your company name and Solicitation No. 2025-04 - Request for Qualification for Inspection and Testing Services and SWPPP Inspections for the Town of Wendell - New Public Works Building. The Town of Wendell reserves the right to reject all Qualifications Statements or any portion of said Qualifications Statements, to waive minor technicalities, and to make all purchases in the best interests of the Town of Wendell.
