Q/A Cutoff Date: 09/04/20248 Q/A Cutoff Time: 04:00 PM EDT. Liquidated Damages. The successful bidder shall agree to pay as Liquidated Damages the amount of $325.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not complete, beginning with the first day beyond the completion date. Approximate Delivery Date / Start Date: 09/23/2024. Time of Completion. The awarded Contractor(s) shall collect samples and provide MPHA with required reports prior to December 31, 2024.
