Parking Lot Resurfacing Design Intent Drawings. This Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Contract is offered as a six (6) month period, with an option to extend for an additional six (6) month period, as outlined in section 1 of the solicitation. Scope of Work Provide professional design services and assistance for the District's parking lot resurfacing project, located at 1212 George Jenkins Blvd., Lakeland, FL 33815 The project may include, but is not limited to site elevation requirements, drainage, surveys, environmental research, remediation, site plan development, drafting statements of word, and permitting. The District supports and encourages DBE certified firms to participate in the solicitation process; the District's overall DBE Program goal is 2% of total contract expenditures. The District only recognizes DBE status based on whether the firm has attained certification from the Florida Department of Transportation's Unified Certification Program (UCP) prior to contract award. A separate contract goal for DBE participation is established for this procurement, as outlined in section 5 of the solicitation .
