Cost Range: $150,000 - $250,000 Golf Course Site Improvements - Slab Modifications. Niagara County Golf Course Site Improvements Slab Modifications 314 Davidson Road Lockport, NY 14094. Work of the Project to be completed by the General Contractor shall include all improvements to the Golf Course as shown on all Sheets identified with the numbers G- 001, G-002, S-101, S-102, S-501 and S-502 and generally described as follows: 1. Demolition a. Removal of existing concrete and asphalt slabs as indicated b. Removal of existing wood ramp and railings c. The existing cooler will be removed by the County. Contractor to remove the cooler slab only. d. Removal of existing Metal Shed. e. Removal of existing wood fencing and sign attached to fence and all associated wiring and conduits. f. Temporary removal and replacement of HVAC condensers. g. Revisions to down spouts. h. Revisions to gas service as needed. i. Removal of existing PVC plumbing under restaurant door for condensate. 2. General Construction a. Provide new fiber reinforced concrete slab with stone subbase, sawcuts, curbs and ramping as shown. Slab shall be cured and sealed as specified. Joints shall be filled as specified. New slab shall be doweled into existing concrete slabs as shown. b. Patch asphalt paving as required due to disturbance of construction of concrete slab. c. Provide conduits under the slab as shown on the drawings. d. Provide strip footing as shown and sleeve for plumbing as shown. e. Provide new plumbing connecting into existing plumbing as shown. f. Raise existing clean out and replace assembly as noted. Provide underslab electrical conduit and hardware as shown. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Base Proposal, payable to the "County of Niagara" as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract.
