This work will cover several upcoming projects for the Everett Housing Authority. The scope for the first project, as well as a general idea for the future work that will be needed. This proposed new construction project is located at the northeast quadrant of the future Park District development. The development will include open space, 5 over 2 construction, and approximately 260-280 units, along with additional space for retail, civic amenities, and parking The Everett Housing Authority is seeking an experienced building envelope consultant to partner with, for work on several projects, including work at the Park District. EHA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust this schedule, as it deems necessary, without prior notice. Notification of any adjustment to the RFP Schedule of Events will be provided as an Addenda. It shall be the Vendor's responsibility to check regularly for addenda, clarifications, and other notifications that may be pertinent to this process.
