Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 104-bed medical facility.
Question Deadline 11/06/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Project consists of New construction of a 104 bed psychiatric hospital. Fifty-two (52) patient rooms will be dedicated for forensic patients and fifty-two (52) acute patients. Submit bid security with each Bid in the stipulated form and in the amount identified in the Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Work is subject to liquidated damages of $3,000 per day past proposed substantial completion date provided by General Contractor.
