The project will consist of labor, equipment and materials to implement the Asphalt Repair project at the Del Mar Fairgrounds (Fair) located at 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd. Del Mar, CA 92014. • The project scope of work is presented below: o Perform 2” Repair & Replace, approximately 170,350 sf. o Perform 2” Remove with 3” Replace, approximately 2,000 sf. o Slurry Seal, approximately 1,089,350 sf. o Striping for indicated areas, covering approximately 1,089,350 sf. – Double Painted Lines • Asphalt Repair square footage is spread between two areas: Main Lot & Stable Gate The above scope of work is provided as an overview.
