The Town of Prescott Valley has been awarded a Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG Regional Account) through the State of Arizona Department of Housing funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the purpose of Sidewalk & Street Construction. Accordingly, the Town of Prescott Valley is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide professional engineering design, construction phase services and field survey services (as required) for the Cattletrack Road Pedestrian and Drainage Improvements Project. The Project generally consists of construction improvements on Cattletrack Road between Yucca Drive south to Roundup Drive and west to Viewpoint Drive in the Town of Prescott Valley. The improvements include installation of curbs and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt patching/resurfacing, and drainage improvements on the east side of Cattletrack Road.
