The following provides the expected scope of work. In order to provide a complete work product, the firm may expand on this scope as determined necessary by County. Asbestos Consulting Services 7.1.1 Assessment of County facilities for the presence of asbestos-containing material. 7.1.2 Development of removal specifications for asbestos-containing and contaminated material. 7.1.3 Development of asbestos management plans. 7.1.4 Management and monitoring of asbestos abatement projects. 7.1.5 Air monitoring for asbestos abatement. 7.1.6 Training. 7.1.7 Asbestos sampling analysis with results reported by third party NVLAP (National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program) accredited laboratories. Industrial Hygiene Consulting Services 7.2.1 Assessment of County facilities for the presence of indoor environmental issues. 7.2.2 OSHA type assessments for potential worker exposure issues. Mold Consulting Services 7.3.1 Assessment of County facilities for the presence of mold. RFQ 2024-28-MH 13 7/31/24 7.3.2 Development of removal specifications for mold and mold contaminated materials. 7.3.3 Development of mold management plans. 7.3.4 Management and monitoring of mold abatement projects. Lead Paint Evaluation 7.4.1 Test for lead paint with laboratory analysis and manage abatement activities.
