Construction, Inc Pinner Construction Co, Inc Xcel Mechanical Systems, Inc LARGE TEAM SIZE AECOM Hunt Balfour Beatty The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. This procurement by Los Angeles World Airports ("LAWA") is intended to establish pre-qualified Benches of Design Builders and Construction Contractors to undertake and complete construction projects for LAWA, that are authorized by ordinance to be procured via competitive sealed proposal solicitations, at the airports and holdings owned, operated, and managed by LAWA. Section 2.4 identifies representative types of projects that LAWA intends to design and construct in connection with this RFQ. Separate Benches will be established for pre-qualified Design Builders and Construction Contractors. The Benches are intended to benefit LAWA by establishing multiple pre-qualified firms that will be eligible for procurements by LAWA of project-specific contracts for Design Build and Construction Contract Services. Those Services will be procured after this RFQ process by separate competitive sealed Task Order Solicitations ("TOS").
