Roof Replacement at Harbor Homes Mandatory pre-bid meetings are listed under Specifications This Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete all work specified. All employees on the job site are required to always wear their company picture identification. All Housing Authority properties are SMOKE FREE. Rubber Work Includes 1. Remove existing roof and flashing down to deck. 2. Mechanically fasten 3" R-9 insulation. 3. Adhere .060 rubber membrane to new insulation. 4. Install new flashings and terminations. 5. Provide a minimum of a 2-inch pitch to prevent pooling. 6. Contractor is responsible for any alterations to mechanical equipment for roof installation. 7. Replace drip cap. 8. Make any deck repairs required to insure a first-classjob. 10% bid bond required, All communications and inquiries shall be directed to Dusti Dennis, Acting Executive Director, at Dennisd@hace.org. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
