Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Mirabel, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 44-room, 1,392-seat educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
Construction of a high school for Rivière-du-Nord school board in Saint-Canut sector of Mirabel ou in Saint-Colomban, Laurentides. The new 48-classroom facility will house 1392 students and will be certified LEED BD+C. TIMELINE: The project is preliminary. The awarded consortium of architectural professional consulting firms is working on a real estate analysis establishment for the construction of the project. In December 2025, the City of Mirabel officially began the transfer of the former Donald campground land to the Rivière-du-Nord School board Rivière-du-Nord School board (CSSRDN) for the construction of this project. The project is included in the CSSRDN's Real Estate Master Plan (PDI) and is currently undergoing study and budget planning with the Ministry of Education. Timelines of further project development are being finalized. Note. The value of the project exceeds $50M and it is subject to the Directive on the management of major public infrastructure projects.
