Street Resurfacing Project - Phase 1C Principal items of work are as follows: 1. Asphalt pavement overlay, 2. Milling, 3. Base repair, 4. Curb repair and/or replacement, 5. Liquidated damages will be assessed for each consecutive calendar day the Work has not achieved Final Completion. The amount of liquidated damages per day will be $1,200.00. These actual costs include, but are not limited to, engineering, inspection, and other construction related costs resulting from the Contractor's failure to complete the work on schedule. The City of Jackson reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein.
