Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Perryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes: excavation, grading, concrete shared use paths and sidewalks, stormwater piping, seeding/strawing, and other related construction. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Perryville, MO reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 8%. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project.
