The City is Seeking Licensed Contractors and Registered Design Professional Teams With Background Developing, Designing, and Constructing Successful Parking Garage Structure Expansions. The Dbm Shall Have Expert Understanding of Additions to Existing Parking Structures, as Well as Construction Projects on Developed and Occupied Sites. The Estimated Construction Budget is $11 Million.
