The Department of Veterans Affairs', CMOP division of NCO-15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Awning installation at Lancaster VA CMOP facility, 2962S. Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134. See attached RFQ document for all necessary details. An awning is required to keep moister from entering the building at the garage door accessing the compactor area. This will require the contractor to mount hardware to the building as well as seal it from moister between the building and structure. All material, lifts, forklifts, and installation will be included as a turnkey project. All permits from the city of Lancaster will be the responsibility of the contractor to obtain. The NAICS Code for this project is 236210- Industrial Building Construction, size standard $45 million. Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is being solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB) set aside.
