Renovation of a library in Waupun, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,200-square-foot library.

The work, in general, will include restoration of a 2,200 square foot Carnegie Library building stone masonry facade and replacement of exterior concrete stair and railings, approximate quantities and items listed below: Re-Pointing Masonry 1,200 SF Cut Stone Replacement 20 SF Limestone Replacement 25 SF Fill Crack in Cut Stone 5 LF Fill Chipped Cut Stone 5 SF Masonry Cleaning 4,500 SF Roof Flashing 90 LF Concrete Stair with Landing 1 EA Concrete Foundation 16 LF Railing 18 LF Sidewalk Replacement 32 SF Alternate Concrete Slab 32 SF Concrete Foundation 2 EA The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. When submitting an electronic bid, Bidder is required to deliver the original bid bond within 72 hours of bid opening to Cedar Corporation. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The City of Waupun reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
