Renovation of a mixed-use development in Athens, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and fitness / recreation center.

Village of Athens - Request for Bids - Community Center Gym Rehabilitation Project Work of Contract No. 1 - Community Center Gym Rehabilitation Project includes all tools, labor, materials and equipment necessary to prepare and refinish the gym and stage floors, repaint the gym and stage CMU walls, and replace the existing gym lighting and ceiling fans. All questions shall be directed to Jason Preisner, PE of Lamont Engineers, P.C. via phone at (518) 929-7838, or by email at jpreisner@lamonteng ineers.com. All questions shall be submitted in writing and will be responded to in writing. A Pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project, but bidders are encouraged to review the gym during normal Village business hours from 10 00 AM to 2 00 PM - Monday through Friday. The Village Board of the Village of Athens reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids without explanation.
