Maintenance of all County agency-maintained Roads and Bridges as per National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) including but not limited to qualifying bridge structures, qualifying bridge culverts, County owned pedestrian bridges, and over lane sign structures, including barrier walls pertaining to bridges, bridge culverts, and all Mechanically Stabilized Earth walls and their associated appurtenances in Luzerne county. The County will be asking the successful firm to provide incident response, including detours, along the County owned roadways, including on/off ramps. The specific scope of work will be established with the County after the RFQ responses are vetted. TheContractor will tentatively be required to mobilize and begin work on January 1, 2025. Question Deadline 09/09/2024. All questions arising from this RFQ must be forwarded, in writing, to Jennifer Pecora, Division Head, Luzerne County Courthouse, 200 North River Street, Wilkes Barre, PA. In order for Proposer's questions to be answered in a timely fashion, its questions must be received by the County no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to this RFQ deadline. The County's written responses to written inquiries submitted timely by potential will be posted on the internet at electronically. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals received and reserves the right to make an award without further discussion of the Proposal Packages submitted. It is understood that the Proposal Package will become a part of the County's official file, without obligation to the County
