As of September 5, 2025, a design firm has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: It is the intent of The State University of New York College at Brockport to hire a consultant to provide design services for the renovation of Tuttle North. Renovate approximately 20,900 SF at ground floor level, in the central area of the east half of Tuttle North (Tuttle Northeast), at the location of the original locker, team and shower rooms. This area will be gut renovated, including abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials. New construction to include complete interior construction of: Weight room, approximately 5,900 SF Men's and Women's general locker, shower, and toilet rooms Women's team rooms for gymnastics, field hockey, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball and basketball Men's team rooms for wrestling and basketball Equipment storage rooms New heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment compliant with SUCF Directive 1B-2. New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to be coordinated with and tied into building systems, including at the existing mechanical room immediately to the north of the renovation area.
