Payment to successful bidder shall be net thirty (30) days after receipt of products, materials, services or invoices, whichever is later unless otherwise stated in specifications. The right is reserved, as the interest of Montgomery County Commissioners' Court may require rejecting any one or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bids received after the above designated closing time will be returned unopened. If applicable, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) ofthe project. Montgomery County is seeking a qualified vendor to perform Brush Grinding and Removal. The awarded Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all equipment, labor and insurance required to perform the following; o Field verify and inspect the green waste pile located at approximately 31518 Friendship Dr., Magnolia, TX 77355 o Grind and remove all green waste off site Estimated quantity of green waste is 8,330 yards.
