The contractor will perform these services at various Fire Stations throughout Horry County as listed below. a. Little River Fire/EMS Station #2 -4371 Baker Street, Little River SC 29566 b. Ketsuptown Fire Station #10 - 8131 HWY 917, Loris SC 29569 c. Iron Spring Fire Station #41 -2930 State Rd S-26-33, Green Sea, SC 29545 d. Lee's Landing Fire Station #43 - 2215 HWY 90, Conway SC 29526 2. Scope of Services: The selected vendor will provide the following services: a. General Pressure Washing Services: 1. Exterior walls, windows, and facades of buildings 2. Sidewalks, walkways, and entryways b. Environmental Compliance: 1. Adherence to all federal, state, and local environmental regulations 2. Proper disposal of wastewater and contaminants The vendor may perform a site visit to assess the scope of work. This involves evaluating the area to be cleaned, the type of surfaces, the extent of dirt or grime, and any specific challenges (e.g., high areas, accessibility issues, need for special equipment). ALL questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via Onine. Questions answered by any other means (including site personnel) are not binding or included as part of the contract.
