The Town of Bay Harbor Islands is realizing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) from Painting Companies or firms that are registered with the Florida Division of Corporations. This invitation is extended to all firms and organizations that can provide the requirements specified herein. Responses should be prepared simply and economically, addressing the requirements in a straightforward and concise manner. The requirements presented in this solicitation represent the Town's anticipated needs Building Description: The community center consists of one (5) story building with a garage, approximately 850 linear feet in length and 50 feet in height.
