Scope of Work: furnishing and installing safety improvements to the Breasting and Mooring Dolphins as well as the Loading Platform. Funded through a MARAD grant, the project requires all new materials to comply with Buy American requirements, as detailed in Section XI of the Project Manual. The work includes the installation of steel bull rail and chain rail on Breasting Dolphins 1, 2, and 3, Mooring Dolphins 1 through 6, and the Loading Platform ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $100,001 to $500,000 The Contractor shall have substantially completed all work under this Contract within ninety (90) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed and reach Final Completion of all Work under this Contract within 15 calendar days from Substantial Completion. The Municipality of Anchorage reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the hour set for the opening of bids or before the award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days from the time of the opening.
