Complete line painting on Bruce Site roads located at 177 Tie Road, Tiverton, Ontario, NOG 2T0. For safety at Bruce Site, lines are necessary to support winter plowing activities in 2024/25. a) Paint one yellow line throughout site. Roughly 17KM's of one single yellow line and 1.3KM's of double yellow line. Double yellow line will be from Bruce Power main entrance on Central Services Road to main intersection at building B10. b) Contractor shall paint yellow center line (~17km's) and one area of double yellow line from main gate to B10 intersection on the Central Services Rd (~1.3km's). Contractor shall provide all equipment, staff, and materials to complete the required painting. c) Contractor shall work in conjunction with Power Worker Union (PWU) labour support that will be provided by Bruce Power for activities such as flagging and traffic control. For clarity, Contractor is not required to provide labour for flagging and traffic control. d) Contractor shall liaise with the Grounds and Roads First Line Manager (FLM) to determine priority of areas to be painted and optimal timings for painting activities based on site traffic schedules. For clarity Contractor shall confirm paint locations and obtain approval from Bruce Power FLM prior to performing the painting work. e) Work should be conducted during low site traffic times. Likely Friday PM or Saturday and Sunday. f) Contractor is not required to provide labour for flagging and traffic control, as labour for flagging and traffic control shall be provided by Bruce Power.
