Abatement Project at Crab Orchard NWR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Crab Orchard NWR in Marion, IL has a requirement for Abatement Services located at 6987 Headquarters Rd., Marion, IL 62959. The anticipated performance period is 4 months after receipt of award. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The NAICS code is 562910 and the small business size standard is $25M. Instructions: All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote, meeting the technical acceptability requirement, will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Technical Acceptability: Vendor must have successfully completed two similar projects in terms of price, complexity, and scope. Please provide the attached technical document to complete this portion of the solicitation. Only projects in which the interested contractor was the prime will be considered. Contractor must submit documentation of applicable technical acceptability with their quote.
