The Scope of work includes and is not limited to the following Remove all exterior front/back door slab, jamb and hardware for each unit (-784 doors). All self-closing hinges are to be removed and replaced with non-self-closing door hinges. Install new 6 Panel Hollow Metal Door and Metal Frame. Install new Falcon Quantum Lever (Satin Chrome). Install new Falcon D series grade 2 single cylinder deadbolt (satin chrome). Install new Falcon D series grade 2 single sided deadbolt (satin chrome). Install door knocker with 200-degree door viewer (satin chrome) in front/back door per City of Dallas code requirements. Install (1) door knocker with 200-degree door and (1) additional 200-degree door viewer (satin chrome) in front/back door of ADA units per City of Dallas code requirements. Paint front/back doors. Paint is to be a quick dry oil base enamel. Color of new doors to match existing exterior and interior. Contractor shall ensure all weather-stripping is properly installed to seal. Contractor shall ensure all door sweeps and thresholds are properly installed for proper closure and latching of door. Contractor shall ensure all door slabs, jambs, and frames are properly installed, level, and plumb. All work performed by the Contractor shall meet National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE).
