Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library ("IndyPL") by issuing this Statement of Work (SOW) from Qualified Vendors ("Vendors") to submit proposals. To ensure that the network infrastructure is maintained, IndyPL invites qualified vendors to submit proposals that meet the requirements of its SOW for Basic Maintenance of Existing Network Infrastructure. The goods and services requested in the SOW are part of the e-Rate filings for the IndyPL beginning in the 2025 funding year. The vendor must provide their e-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) number on proposal in order to be eligible for consideration. All questions concerning this request must be submitted prior to 8am Eastern, September 4th, 2024. Once all questions have been received, we will post all questions and their answers to online. It is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to check for any additional information that may be issued. IMCPL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
