The general items of work consist of: Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals for installation of luxury vinyl flooring (LVT) in the Whitten Center Community room. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing sheet vinyl flooring and rubber base boards, prepping the existing surface for the new flooring, installation of LVT in conformance with manufacturers requirements, installation of new rubber base boards, and all items not mentioned but included in the plans and specifications. Q&A Deadline 09/10/2024 2:00 PM (PDT) Liquidated Damages $250/day Start/Delivery Date January 13, 2025 Project Duration 15 working days License Requirements C-15 Flooring Contractor Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a cashiers check, certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the annual contract amount, will be required of the Contractor. The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
