The small business size standard is $19.0M. The U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) is providing support to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Targeted Brownfields Assessments (TBA) program. As part of this effort, a Supplemental Phase II Environmental Site Assessment, a Risk-Based Cleanup and Disposal Plan, and a Risk Characterization including drilling and sampling activities will be conducted at 495 Dorchester Avenue in Boston, MA. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS and EVALUATION OF OFFERORS (see attachement 1) LINE ITEMS (see attachment 2) REQUIREMENTS/Statement of Work (see attachment 3): The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order as a result of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
