The services include preparation of construction contract plans for traffic signal upgrades and fiber optic interconnect improvements on State Route 73/East Second Street in the City of Franklin, Warren County, with a project length of approximately 1.65 miles from Riley Boulevard to Interstate 75. The project includes improvements at seven signalized intersections along the corridor. Three intersections, East Second Street at Charles Street/Victory Lane, Millard Drive, and Deardoff Road, will receive full traffic signal reconstruction, including new mast arm poles, signal heads, traffic control equipment, CCTV cameras, and emergency vehicle preemption. The remaining intersections will receive fiber optic communication and controller upgrades to network and integrate the corridor into the City’s existing Advanced Traffic Management System and expanded for future technology Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
