for Contract Little Egg Interceptor SI-5 Rehabilitation MH 5-1 to MH 12-2 Project Description-Contract No. SD2114 Little Egg Interceptor SI-5 Rehabilitation MH 5-1 to MH 12- 2, the Work, includes, but is not necessarily limited to the rehabilitation of approximately 870 linear feet of 36-inch diameter Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) and 10,750 linear feet of 48-inch diameter RCP interceptor using CIPP liner, bypassing wastewater flows, traffic control, rehabilitation of concrete surfaces in manholes, rehabilitation of Meter Chamber SM-5, and site restoration. The RCP interceptor to be rehabilitated is a portion of Little Egg Interceptor SI-5 from MH 5-1 to MH 12-2. The work is located within an OCUA easement in Eagleswood Township and Stafford Township, New Jersey. The Owner expressly reserves the right to reject Bids, waive any minor informalities or non-material exceptions, re-advertise for Bids or withhold the award for any reason the Owner determines, in accordance with the applicable law. Any award may be made beyond sixty (60) days after any agreed upon extension of the award period, between the Bidders and Owner. The award of this contract is subject to the 10-day review period provided by N.J.S.A. 40:20-71.3. 13.Prevailing Wages-The New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.27 et seq. is hereby made a part of the Contract. The Contractor's execution of the Agreement is its guarantee that neither it nor any subcontractors it has employed to perform the Work are listed or are on record in the Office of Commissioner, Department of Labor and Workforce Development, as one who has failed to pay prevailing wages in accordance with applicable law.
